Royal chef Darren McGrady, while speaking with Recipe Plus, revealed that foods like garlic, pasta, rice, and potatoes have been banned from the Buckingham Palace menu. This is because the monarch has decided to do away with these carb-loaded meals.
While this sounds like a healthy adjustment, it may especially affect Meghan Markle, who once declared her love for pasta.
During an interview with Delish, Meghan revealed that she loved pasta very much. She even described the pasta sauce she absolutely adored, which is made up of slow-cooked courgette. She called it a "filthy, sexy mush."
