To mark the special day, the new parents, Prince Harry and Meghan, shared a heartwarming photo of their bundle of joy. The never-before-seen photo of Archie featured his mother beautifully cradling his little legs. How beautiful!

The image, which was shared on The Sussex’s Instagram account, garnered over 1 million likes in just 18 hours.

While many fans couldn’t help but swoon over baby Archie, what really touched people’s heart was the heartwarming way Meghan paid tribute to her late mother-in-law.

In the caption of the post, the new mother wrote:

“Paying tribute to all mothers today - past, present, mothers-to-be, and those lost but forever remembered. We honor and celebrate each and every one of you.”

The statement ‘those lost but forever remembered’ clearly points to the memory of the loving Princess Diana. However, what affirmed that fact was the flower in the background of the photo.

According to Royal expert Victoria Murphy, Diana’s favorite flowers, forget-me-nots, were featured in the image. How heartwarming!

Not her first time

If there is one thing Meghan has been known for since she joined the British Royal Family, it’s the subtle ways she honors Princess Diana in all she does.
