Every time Meghan and Harry appear in public, they draw attention to everything they do, or say, or wear! Royal fans do not welcome every single fashion choice they make, even though the majority of this most admired royal couple's looks strike the crowd!
This time, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex opted for black and white garments for a reception and dinner at the Royal Palace in Nuku'alofa, Tonga. And that gave us a kind of dejavu moment!
The way they walked together took us back to May 2018, when the beloved couple walked down the aisle to tie the knot!
That was the third outfit change for Meghan since the pair arriver to Tonga! The day was quite busy: they attended a cultural exhibit, visited a school with an onsite forest, visited Tupou College, and got acquainted with local traders. Harry and Megan received a very warm welcome from Princess Angelika Latufuipeka as they arrived. The cheering crowd greeted the couple with a large banner reading “Welcome Harry & Megan.”
People of Tonga wore red, decorated their houses and lined up in the streets hoping to have a peep at the Duke and Duchess.
The highlight of their visit was the official dinner with King Tupou VI and Queen Nanasipau’u. For this occasion, Harry wore an elegant black suit with a white shirt. Meghan stunned her admirers with a long white gown by New York designer Theia, matching it with a luxury ring from Princess Diana’s collection.
This must be the most glamorous and festive look of the couple during this tour! The future parents, who expect their first baby in spring 2019, radiated happiness as they walk hand in hand to the Royal Palace!
