How To Make An Old-Fashioned Chocolate Cake Just Like Grandma's

January 15, 2019

Certain recipes are handed down from generation to generation, family secrets to be treasured. They are so special that making an adjustment to them is not a good idea. The taste, the aroma and the feeling of dishes like these often take you back to the days when you were young and free. And we believe this chocolate cake will do just that.

The old-fashioned chocolate cake was apparently the go-to dessert during the Great Depression because it does not require expensive ingredients, therefore many homes could afford it.
