The story of touching friendship and unbreakable bond between a little girl and the dog is so touching, the world should know about it. The 11-years old Bella was diagnosed with a rare progressive disease called Morquio Syndrome that effects her walking and moving around.
The doctor told her she might never be able to walk, and it sounded terrifying for the little girl. But her life changed when she met the service dog – George.
They met each other at the Service Dog Project, where Bella went with her mother as volunteers. They grew their bond quickly, and each time when Bella returned George recognized her and was happy to play, he put his paws on her and looking into her eyes, as she was a chosen person. So the workers of the organization said one day that she needs to take him home.
George is helping Bella to move around, and now she can walk, run, swim and bicycle just like any other kids. She gets tired quickly but then she just needs a moment to relax, and that is where her loyal dog is there for her too.
The girl says: “I trust him, I know he won’t let anything bad happen to me”, “he is my best friend”.
Young Bella is living full life with the help of George now, despite the disease, she knows true friendship exists and it gives her strength to move on.
