The daughter of Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z was born on 7 January 2012. Her name is Blue Ivy. The two singers got acquainted in 2002 and married in 2008. They keep their relations private, so little is known about their family life.
What we know for sure is that the path that Beyonce and Jay-Z had made from becoming a couple to giving birth to their first child wasn't easy.
Beyonce underwent miscarriage between 2010 and 2011. It was very hard for her. So when she finally conceived in Paris, she was extremely happy!
In 2011, the singer performed at MTV Video Music Awards. Having finished the song, she dropped the microphone, unbuttoned her jacket, and demonstrated her baby bump! It was a real record-breaker, as the broadcast enjoyed 12,4 million viewership!

The couple's favorite number is four. Beyonce and Jay-Z were born on 4 September and 4 December respectively, and got married on 4 April. They have tattoos on their ring fingers depicting roman number 4 - IV (compare it with the name IVy).
In 2017, Jay-Z released his album "4:44" on iTunes, and it had several additional tracks, including Ivy's rap "Blue’s Freestyle."
