Pippa Middleton Confirms Pregnancy And Reveals The Difference Between Her Experience So Far And Her Sister's

For the past few weeks, there have been several speculations that the Duchess of Cambridge's sister, Pippa Middleton, was pregnant.

Technically, all these were only rumors at the time. However, Pippa has now confirmed her pregnancy in a piece she wrote for Waitrose Weekend.

Not only did Pippa let us know that she and her husband, James Matthew, are about to welcome their first child, she also shared what her experience has been like so far.

Pippa revealed that she was lucky she never experienced morning sickness in the first 12 weeks of her pregnancy. This is a huge difference from what Kate Middleton, who had to deal with that when she was expecting.

When the Duchess was pregnant with all three of her babies, she suffered from extreme morning sickness, a condition known as Hyperemesis Gravidarum.  It was so bad that she was barely able to attend any royal function.

But apparently, this type of condition does not run in the family. "I was able to carry on as normal," Pippa said.

The happy mom-to-be also shared the first big change she made when she found out she was expecting and that was cutting down on work. "I needed to adjust my 4 to day-a-week routine."

When it comes to staying fit throughout her pregnancy, Pippa had some great tips for other pregnant women. She encouraged exercises such as lunges, squats and "reverse flyes."

She explained that making fitness a priority was very helpful for her. It gave her energy and helped clear her mind.

She wrote that, as she noticed her body changing, exercise has helped her feel strengthened instead.

It's great to see that Pippa is doing great so far.
