A hobby is something that gives you peace of mind. A way of escaping and having time with yourself to think and plan.
Some hobbies are leisurely like reading a book or lying down resting. However, some require strength and, as we grow older, we sadly sometimes have to drop some of this hobbies.
However, the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh have shown no signs of their age wearing on them in taking part in their hobbies.
The two were spotted outside the beautiful Greenlands of Windsor Castle as they were comfortably and fashionably enjoying their day doing their hobbies.
The Queen was riding her Pony, and the Duke was driving a Carriage. The couple 92 and 97 respectively looked lively and healthy as ever out in the open.
The Queen’s pony was spotted with a red rosette of four poppies attached to its bridle, a sign of the Queen's dedication and loyalty to the season of remembrance which has been labeled as very important to the Royal family.
The season of remembrance is a time where a memorial is held for soldiers of the World War 1.
The Queen, in honor of this day, was used to the duty of laying a wreath at the Cenotaph in London every year during Armistice Day.
But since last year, she has left that duty to her son, Prince Charles while she and her husband, the Duke of Edinburgh watched the event from a balcony.
It looks like even when the queen isn't allowing her age to affect her hobbies, it is taking its toll on her duties.
The Queen and the Duke were comfortable in the riding outfit, Queen Elizabeth sported a navy blue jacket but with her signature head scarf instead of a hat for the ride. She does love her own style!
The royal fans are elated to see the Queen and Duke in ever blossoming health. Long live the Queen!
