Princess Diana's niece has drawn attention to herself recently thanks to her participation in the campaign of an Italian jewelry line.
The 'Happy Leaves'
Lady Kitty Spencer recently modeled for Bulgari, a high-end jeweler. The young lady looked absolutely stunning in the pictures, but it was the jewelry around her neck that had people talking.
Two pictures from the shoot were shared on Spencer's official Instagram account. But on a closer look, it turned out that she was wearing a necklace designed with a cannabis leaf motif.
The line of jewelry was inspired by the decadence of the 1980s and the collection was called Bulgari's Wild Pop.
The particular one Spencer wore was referred to as the 'Happy Leaves' and it is made up of 14.63 carats of diamonds and 5.6 carats of emeralds.
Most people admitted that the model looked quite stunning in the photos. Of course, some may find the jewel design a little questionable, but for the most part, Kitty received praises for her look.
One Instagram user, @cheryl.blake said, "Beautiful necklace. She owes the royals nothing, she's living her own life," while another, @cannabisresearchltd added "I can’t see anything wrong with the necklace. Beautiful woman too."
Kitty's going places
Earlier this year, Lady Kitty announced her partnership with the Italian jewelry house. She stated how honored she felt to be a part of such a massive brand and she looked forward to experiencing the "passion and magic first-hand."
Kitty Spencer also happens to love the Dolce & Gabbana brand as well. In fact, the gorgeous emerald green dress she wore to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding in May was from the Italian fashion house.
Lady Kitty Spencer is the daughter of Charles Spencer, late Princess Diana's brother, and Victoria Lockwood. This makes Kitty Prince William and Prince Harry' cousin.
