Princess Eugenie Proudly Wore A Special Gift From Her New Husband, Jack Brooksbank, On Their Wedding Day
Princess Eugenie was the picture of perfection as she exchanged vows with Jack Brooksbank on October 12.
The lovely bride chose an incredible Peter Pilotti wedding dress but she deliberately went without a veil to put a few things into focus.
One was that the Princess chose a dress that showed off the scar on her back. She had an operation in that area when she was 12 and she wanted to make a statement by proudly displaying it on her wedding day.
Another beautiful thing that was on display, thanks to the bride not wearing a veil, was the gorgeous emerald and diamond earrings that dangled from her ears. She accessorized her look with this jewelry which happens to be a special gift from her husband for their big day.
It's quite possible that the groom had an inkling of what Eugenie planned to wear because the earrings perfectly matched the emeralds on her tiara. Perhaps Jack knew just enough to have an idea of the color of his bride's tiara.
What an awesome way to complete her look. Wearing something so gorgeous which was a gift from her man was one of the perfect ways the bride and groom showed their love for each other.
The bride's tiara is the Greville Emerald Kokoshnik tiara which, according to reports, was made by Boucheron in 1921. No doubt, the tiara and earrings blended perfectly.
Speaking of bridal jewelry, Princess Eugenie's engagement ring is quite rare and definitely gorgeous. It consists of a padparadscha sapphire surrounded by a halo of diamonds. It looks quite similar to Eugenie's mother, Sarah Ferguson's Burmese ruby engagement ring.
No one can argue the fact that Princess Eugenie made a stunning bride. Congratulations to the happy couple.
