Father-Son Twinning! Prince George Has Been Spotted Wearing An Outfit Identical To One Prince William Wore 33 Years Ago
The British Royal Family is all about tradition and, sometimes, this is reflected in their choice of clothes.
Royal family members do not really worry much about wearing the same clothes twice (or more). In fact, this is one of the things fans love the most about Kate Middleton, who has been spotted wearing her favorite outfits on more than one occasion.
Take, for instance, this particular cream colored coat that has made an appearance at least four times. The Duchess of Cambridge wore it during Princess Charlotte's Christening in 2015.
In 2016, she chose to wear it when she joined the rest of the royal family at the Buckingham Palace for the Trooping the Color Ceremony.
A year later, she rocked the same coat for the World War I memorial service in Belgium.
It was also her choice of outfit when she attended Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding in May, this year.
Prince William and Prince George's twinning moment
Little Prince George seems to be following his mother's lead. Last month, the Kensington Palace shared a photo of the young royal in celebration of his 5th birthday.
The cutie was pictured with a big grin on his face at the Clarence House gardens. He wore a white shirt with blue piping for his little brother, Prince Louis' christening.
Interestingly enough, Prince William wore a very similar outfit when he attended Prince Harry's christening over three decades ago.
This isn't the first time Prince George has worn something that looks very much like what his father once wore. In 2015, this white-and-red combination caught our attention when he wore it for Princess Charlotte's christening. In 1984, Prince William wore this one when he visited the hospital to meet his newborn brother Prince Harry.
We hope this isn't the last of the twinning moments we'll get to see. The similarity between a young Prince William and Prince George is just too adorable.
