In 2014, Markle told Birchbox about the facial gymnastics she was doing. “I do facial exercises from one of my favorite aestheticians, Nichola Joss, who basically has you sculpt your face from the inside out.”

She gushed about the wonderful effects of those exercises, which made her facial features more sculpted.

Another natural face-lifting procedure involved is the de-stress muscle massage. Meghan explained how the inner massage technique helps eliminating toxins from your face. “She literally massages your face from inside your mouth!”

Nichola Joss, the celebrity facialist and skincare expert, shows the main massage techniques, which adds some glow the skin and make it look bright and fresh.

While using a cleanser, use your index and middle finger to work it through your face. Start with the center of your face and move to the sides. Those moves stretch the muscles and stimulate the lymphatic system.
