Barbara Bush, The Former President's Daughter, Had A Private Wedding Ceremony And The Pictures Are Absolutely Heartwarming
A happy event has recently taken place for a former first family! Barbara Bush, the daughter of the former president George W. Bush, had an amazing wedding ceremony as she tied the knot with the screenwriter Craig Coyne.
Barbara, 36, was radiating happiness as her father led her down the aisle to her beloved! The proud dad was beaming with joy.
The private ceremony was held in Kennebunkport, Maine. According to bride’s twin sister Jenna Bush Hager, the place wasn’t chosen by accident. That’s where Barbara’s grandfather, former president George H. W. Bush, 94, is currently residing at the family compound.
He would not be able to travel far for the special day and, for the bride, having the closest family members together was the first priority. “Just family in a place that means family love and it was beautiful,” Jenna commented.
The wedding was indeed a very intimate event with only close family members attending. The pictures of the glowing new husband and wife, as well as shots of their family, make us realize how heartwarming that celebration was.
The adorable bridesmaids were Jenna’s daughters, Margaret, 5, and Poppy, 3, and the groom’s niece, Emma, 5. Barbara was wearing a bracelet of her late grandmom for her something borrowed. The piece of jewelry was a special present from George H. W. Bush to his wife for their 70th wedding anniversary!
Hopefully, it will grant the newlyweds, Barbara and Craig, a lifetime of utter bliss together.
