Jennifer Lopez has just recently taken her diet plan to the next level and is inviting the world to join her.
In a post on her Instagram page, Lopez told the world that she and her beau, Alex Rodriguez, were on a 10-day diet challenge.

J-Lo and Alex are currently on a no-carbohydrates and no-sugar challenge for ten days, and they're inviting everybody else to join them.
In a video with her boyfriend, she says:
We're just walking in from the gym, and we're in the middle of our 10-day challenge, and it's getting lonely, let's challenge some people.
She then proceeds to call out a few people such as Leah Remini, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, who is the producer for Lopez' show 'Shades of Blue,' and Hoda Kotb, an American TV personality.
In another post on The Gram, a picture this time, Lopez flaunted her hard-rock abs and added a caption that read:
'Day 4 & feeling..... a lil better. Who’s with me? #10daychallenge #NoCarbsNoSugar'
J-Lo looked stunning and years younger in a periwinkle sports bra and patterned leggings.
In just 16 hours after the photo was uploaded, it has garnered over a million likes. What a beautiful goddess!
