Hospital Celebrates Halloween By Dressing The Premature Babies With Beautiful Costumes
Premature babies don’t get the chance to be around loved ones right after being born because they require specialized care and more time in the hospital to live healthier lives ahead.
Because of this, the families of these children don't get to spend a lot of time with them, and this can be hard, especially when it is the holiday season.
It's Halloween, and these families cannot spend the holiday with their babies as they require more care.
However, the Henry Ford Care system have dressed their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU (NICU) patients in the cutest Halloween costumes, so they don’t miss out of the fun of this season.
They did this fantastic gesture out of the goodness and kindness of their hearts to mark the babies' first Halloween.
They took to their Facebook page to share adorable pictures of the babies in their colorful Halloween costumes, asking social media user to share their opinion about which baby looked the cutest in their outfit.
But it’s hard to choose: They all looked breathtaking!
The Michigan team handmade the cute little costumes, devoting their time, energy and love to the adorable project.
The adorable costumes included a mermaid, a Fox, a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, a flower costume, a Batman look, a pumpkin, a crayon, and a popcorn costume.
Of course, it didn't take long before the adorable pictures went viral, with people on the internet commenting and appreciating the workers of Michigan Hospital for their efforts and for the time they took in making the costumes.
All the comments on social media agreed that there was no winner as all the babies were equally adorable, stealing the hearts of those who looked at their pictures.
We do agree with the comments because every single baby in the pictures is a winner! We wish them all good health as they continue to thrive!
