Ten-year-old Tyler Boone grew his hair for two years to donate it to his friend, Gabby Ruiz, who lost all her hair due to a medical condition called Alopecia.

Alopecia, according to the American Academy of Dermatology, is a condition that causes the immune system to attack hair follicles.
