Nursing a child is more than just providing nutrition. It is also a great way for a mother and child to bond. So this might explain why some breastfed babies are not really too thrilled to switch to the bottle.

However, there are situations that might cause a mother to be away from her breastfeeding baby and in this case, the bottle could very well be the only option available.

While the child probably gets the same delicious milk from either the breast or bottle, they might actually reject drinking from the bottle altogether.

Perhaps they miss mama's special scent, or they simply don't like the feel of the bottle nipple in their mouth. Whatever the case may be, it can sometimes be a challenge to bottlefeed an exclusively breastfed child.

So what can we do? Get creative, of course. When Allen Lamarr became responsible for feeding their child after the mom stepped out, he needed to come up with an ingenious way of making sure the baby ate.

He managed to fix the bottle on such a way that his daughter was able to take a drink while facing his chest area as if it was coming from his 'breasts'.

Apparently, it worked because the child could be seen contentedly feeding while her dad smirked with pride.

Last year, another dad, Maximillian Kendall Neubauer had to get similarly creative when he had to put on a fake nipple and became the first to 'breastfeed' his baby while mom was recovering from birth complications.

Men like Allen and Maximillian are proving to the world that breastfeeding doesn't have to be solely the mom's job.

Sure, men may not be biologically capable of making the milk, but there shouldn't be anything stopping them from actually feeding the child.

Well done guys. These tips and tricks can come in handy for other fathers who would like to enjoy a unique bond with their baby.
