Holding your pee in for a long time sounds like a chore that does not bring the least danger to your health. However, there are health risks involved in procrastinating your relief when you feel pressed.

One of the critical health effects is urinary retention, which means you tend to feel like peeing most of the time because your bladder cannot be emptied.
Another health problem is that it can cause bladder infection or urinary tract infection (UTI).
So, it was understandable when this senior woman felt angry at a flight attendant.

A grandmother who travelled by air with her granddaughter, Ruby, became livid due to a flight attendant's actions towards the little girl.
The flight attendant did not allow the 3-year-old girl from using the nearest restroom to relieve herself.

Nonetheless, the grandma, Stacey Osmond, explained that her agent booked the seats so that the little girl could easily access the washroom.
The flight attendant had previously allowed Ruby to use the toilet but said they shouldn't come back the third time. Osmond recalled the lady said:
“I can't have you coming up here anymore.”

The little girl resorted to peeing on herself after the air hostess blocked the way to the washroom with a cart.
The remainder of the flight was distressing for the pair, as Osmond didn't have extra clothes or diapers.
The airline, Air Canada, has, however, apologized to Osmond and provided a $200 voucher, toys for Ruby, and 25% discount off her next flight.

But what the 44-year-old woman wants is a total refund and an apology from the hostile flight attendant. There is no conclusion yet, but an airline representative, Angela Mah, responded in an email that read:
“We are in contact with our customer about this regrettable incident. We have no further comment."
