There are plenty of benefits that come from exercising your brain. Just as we head to the gym to make our body stronger, we need brain exercises to keep our mind sharp! Reading, learning new languages or acquiring new skills are great ways to activate different zones in the brain. However, there are exercises that are more entertaining. One of our favorite types of puzzles is finding the odd one out! It improves the level of attention and trains your eyes as well. Are you ready for a simple test?
Here is a picture with a lot of Es. However, there are Fs hiding among them. Your task is to find them all.
The faster you can do this, the better. But if you fail to find them all, it might mean you need more practice. Sometimes, it’s the lack of focus that doesn’t let us find the clue right away.
Still, it’s something we can train, too! One of the most effective tips is dividing your time into sections. This will allow you to reinforce your attention to the max for doing a certain task.
For example, work for 20 minutes with no distraction, such as social media, gazing at the window, or having a snack. Then take 5 minutes to rest without thinking about work.
Do a little warmup, drink water, or take a quick walk around the office, then get back to your task for another 20 minutes. This technique might help you get started on training your discipline and improving your focus.
