Heart-melting videos such as this are one of the best things to wake up to every morning. It reminds us that finding happiness in all circumstances is our main purpose in life and, despite setbacks and disabilities, we can always find joy.
As 9-year-old Dane Miller sings along to Whitney Houston's 'I Have Nothing', love and happiness were the only feelings in the air.
Dane was born in 2008 to Danna Miller and her husband. The couple, who were not informed of his condition during prenatal tests, found out that the boy had Down Syndrome after he was born. This didn't matter to them, however, as they claimed Dane was, at the time of his birth, and still is a blessing to them.
"He is what is good about this world," Danna said.
Growing up, Dane became a music fan and some of his favorite stars include Taylor Swift and Family Fore 5. His mother described his experience with music by saying that he listens to a song once and, if he likes it, he goes on to download as many songs as possible.
So was the case when he heard music icon Whitney Houston. Dane literally fell in love with her and this can be proven by a video which captured millions of hearts since its upload.
His aunt, Jeanne Miller, uploaded the video of Dane singing passionately to the hit song. Dane can be seen singing the 1993 tune with much vigor, employing his hands to make gestures, as he rode in the car with his family.
It was beautiful seeing this young man forget all about his worries and just having fun, managing to hit the high and low notes as if he was on his own stage.
The video has managed to capture over 18 million viewers since it was uploaded on Facebook by his aunt, and Dane did nothing but smile as he heard about his amazing feat, and how people loved his passion.
