It is required that adults get between 7-9 hours of sleep in a day. Which means that, in a week, we should get about 35-45 hours of sleep. However, here is a tricky question for you.
Can you guess which month we get the least amount of sleep?
No matter how much sleep we need, there are various reasons which can prevent us from getting enough sleep: Work, school, responsibilities, etc.
Looking at all these factors, can you infer what month of the year people get the least sleep?
Note that this applies to everybody, regardless of their individual responsibilities. This question seems tricky, but it is straightforward.

What would determine the amount of sleep we get each month? Think about the answer. There are so many possibilities. The number of days in the month? Or hours? Or seconds?
Alright, let's help you out with this one. The answer is February!
Do you know why? It’s the month we have the least amount of days!
In most months, we get about 279 hours of sleep. However, in February, we have 252 hours because it has the smallest number of days.
So, of course, we get the least amount of sleep in February. It wasn’t so difficult, right?
