Believe it or not, every 3 seconds someone in the world develops dementia. According to researches, the number of people worldwide struggling with this severe disease was believed to be close to 50 million people in 2017.
In fact, dementia appears in a wide range of forms but Alzheimer's is the most common type, which accounts for roughly 60-80% of all dementia cases.

The most common symptoms of dementia include depression, apathy, and partial memory loss. Though some preventative measures may help reduce dementia symptoms, a cure for the disease is yet to be found.
