Nobel Laureate, Dr. Otto Warburg, who has done several intensive studies of cancer and its causes, was the one who said: 

No disease, including cancer, can exist in an alkaline environment.

He shared the opinion that the main cause of such diseases as cancer is low oxygen and acidic pH. And since then, a lot of other studies have been done which linked acidity to cancer and other deseases. They proved the violation of the pH balance in the body is a consequence of some problems with health.

1. Fatigue

You find yourself feeling tired a lot. No matter how much sleep you get, you are constantly feeling exhausted.

You start to notice that you are not as productive as you once were. You find yourself forgetting things and feeling confused a lot.

As your body's acidic level rises, so do your tendency to get all kinds of infections including cold and flu and even yeast infections.

You experience indigestion often and may even suffer from regular constipation or diarrhea.
