Waking up at this time can indicate liver overwork. It means your body is polluted with so many toxins that your liver may be failing to filter them. Pay attention to the quality of the food and water you consume, and the quality of the air you breathe.

During this time, the energy flow is coming through the lungs, so trouble sleeping may hint that you may have lung issues. There may be a connection with your emotional state as well. If you feel overwhelmed with sadness and disappointment, your lungs are likely to suffer. Try to practice slow and mindful breathing.
The lungs and the heart are connected to the Higher Devine energy. Therefore, often waking up during this time may indicate that you are about to experience something amazing or find some solution you have been looking for.

Blockage in the large intestines can make it difficult to sleep during these hours. One of the reasons for this is the negative emotions you hold within you: aggression, irritation, rage. Drink water and take a little walk if you have a hard time going back to sleep.
