Although there is no magic pill that will help you with all the difficulties or diseases, you can try and practice vibrogymnastics, created by the Russian academician Alexander Mikulin. It can help you to restore biological settings and improve overall health. 

What is vibrogymnastics?

Vibration gymnastics consists of the following:

1. Stand straight, place your feet shoulder-width apart, lower your arms along the body. 

2. Slowly rise up on your toes, not high, about a centimeter, and then fall back onto your heels. 

When you do this, the muscles contract and push the blood in the largest blood vessels upwards. When you go back onto your heels, the blood turns around and starts flowing towards your heart, thus reducing the strain on it.

3. Do 30 of these, lifting and lowering, 5 times a day and you can eventually feel the results! 

Contraindications

Even though the author of the gymnastics believed it would be useful for everyone, medical experts recommend that people with the following conditions avoid it:

  • Heart disease;
  • Venous thrombus;
  • Kidney stones;
  • Osteochondrosis and osteoporosis.

This gymnastics is especially useful for people who work sitting down most of the time. Introducing it into your daily plan would not take a lot of time but could make you feel a physical and mental "recharge".
