Winter is almost here again. Although we enjoy the chill, the snow and the fun it brings, it is okay to say we also want to enjoy a little bit of warmth.

However, getting the house warm at such a season could cost a lot, and we don't want to break the bank during the holiday period.
So, how exactly can we beat the cold? Well, a grandomother has shared the perfect hack to deal with that.
On her YouTube channel, 'AlaskaGranny', she shared a video which has since gone viral.
In the video, she gives step-by-step instructions on how to insulate the house easily in cold times, and guess what? There's no 'money sucking' heater or large chunks of wood involved.
Just some water spray and bubble wraps. The process involves plastering the bubble wraps on the window, as it keeps the heat in and the cold out.
The water should be sprayed on the window glass to act as glue for the bubble wrap.
The bubble wrap is then placed on the window, with the rough side facing the glass and the smooth side facing in.
After that, you gently press on the bubble wrap so that it sticks perfectly to the glass. Better still, it doesn't leave any permanent stains and can be removed at any time.
The video of the hack has garnered over 3 million views. This came with a lot of likes and positive reviews too, so, it must work.
AlaskaGranny, you have helped us save some bills, and maybe winter will not be a scary season anymore. That is, when you're inside the house, of course.
We should all do well to try it out!
