But now that Harry and Meghan’s son Archie is here, will the brothers manage to fix their relationship?
Things are looking up
Sources close to the Palace are certain that baby Archie will bring his dad and his uncle back together.
An inside source told People:
William and Harry will want their children to know their cousins and do things together, so they will work harder at their relationship.
The brothers will have a different kind of relationship and move on.
It’s been reported that there isn't an explicit feud between the two brothers, but just a natural growing apart. They each have a distinct role within the royal family and different causes they want to promote, and now that both are married with children, they are focusing on their respective families.
William and Harry may not be as close as they used to be, but it doesn’t mean that their relationship has turned sour. A source told People:
There is never any doubt that they will be there for each other 100 percent and support each other when it matters.
On Tuesday, William and Kate visited Harry and Meghan at Frogmore Cottage and finally met their baby nephew. The Cambridges had said before that they were “absolutely thrilled” for the new parents and were looking forward to meeting Archie.
