First Lady Melania Trump Visited Children's National Hospital In Washington, D.C.

Date December 12, 2017

On December 7, 2017, Children's National Hospital in Washington, D.C, welcomed First Lady Melania Trump to be their guest. The 47-year-old woman met some of the hospital staff members and talked to the little patients and their families.

Later, Melania Trump shared her impression about that day on social media.

First Lady thanked the workers of the hospital for all the hard work they do every day saving kids' lives. Then, she read some Christmas stories to the kids and answered a few of their questions.

Children were asking Melania about all the possible things: from their family's Christmas traditions to her own favorite holiday song. While talking to the kids, First Lady admitted that she would love to spend the holidays on some deserted tropical island, in a family circle.

A few weeks earlier, Melania Trump was a welcoming host to the students from Joint Base Andrews. Together, they made some Christmas decorations to make the White House look even more festive.

However, the place was already fully prepared for the upcoming celebrations and filled with gorgeous ornaments and decorations at the time.

And Melania seems to put a lot of effort into it. After all, it is the very first Christmas at the White House for the Trump family.
