Recipe 2: To Clean The Toilet Bowl

The ingredients you will need are vinegar, baking soda and a toilet brush.

Sprinkle your baking soda in the toilet bowl making sure it reaches all the sides. Afterwards, use a toilet brush and scrub off the stains, then flush. The next step is to pour vinegar into the bowl, scrub and flush again.

The vinegar acts as a disinfectant and gets rid of the funky odour. You also have the option of mixing both ingredients in the toilet at the same time, however, most people find the first method more effective.

Steep three bags of black tea in a cup of hot water and leave to cool for an hour. Then pour the tea into a spray bottle. Now, begin spraying your mirrors and glass with the tea and wipe off with the paper towels as you go. The tannins, a component found in black tea, will act as a cleaning agent.
