Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Share Official Engagement Photos
The soon-to-be-wed royal couple, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently shared gorgeous and romantic pictures to celebrate their engagement.
The Royal Family shared three official engagement photographs of the couple on its social media pages. It was disclosed that photographer Alexi Lubomirski captured the beautiful moments at Frogmore House, Windsor.
In the social media post, it was stated that the engaged couple is "touched by all of the messages of congratulations they have received, and hope that everybody enjoys these photographs as much as they do."
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced their engagement on the 27th of November and since then, they have been flooded by congratulatory messages and well wishes from fans, celebrities and members of the royal family.
The couple later shed some more light on their relationship during a candid video interview. They revealed that Harry proposed when they were in their cottage and enjoying some roasted chicken. An apparently nervous Harry reportedly went down on one knee and a joyful Meghan exclaimed, “Can I just say Yes?”
The beautiful ring, by the way, featured a stone from Botswana and two diamonds from the late Princess Diana's personal collection.
Kensington Palace also announced that Prince Harry will wed Meghan Markle on the 19th of May, 2018 at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.
Despite some earlier speculations that Queen Elizabeth might not attend the wedding because Markle is a divorcee, it has been confirmed that all the members of the royal family, including the Queen, will be in attendance. In fact, the Queen herself will reportedly foot the wedding bills.
By the way, chances are, Prince Harry's brother, Prince William will be attending the event with his wife, two kids and an infant as Kate Middleton's due date is shortly before the wedding day.
There is certainly a lot to look forward to when it comes to the 2018 royal wedding and fans cannot wait to see the lovely couple walk down the aisle.
