1. Water

This is the first and probably the most important drink on this list. If you would like a flatter tummy, the best thing you can do is drink more water. It flushes out the toxins in your body and helps control your appetite.

This is another great natural drink. It helps prevent acid reflux and keep your stomach pH levels balanced. Simply add a capful to a glass of water and drink it first thing in the morning for flatter abs.
