50 Pounds In 4 Months! The 3 Things That Helped Casey Donovan Lose The Weight

For a lot of people, managing their weight is a lifetime struggle. There are times when you think you've figured it out only to face new hurdles.
But through it all, the thing that keeps us going is knowing that there are people out there who have succeeded.
One of such fantastic inspirations is Casey Donovan. In December 2017, the Australian Idol star shared a before/after shot that showed her weight loss progress and how much she has been able to achieve in only 15 weeks.
Casey, who emerged winner of I’m a Celebrity Let Me Out of Here, said weight loss coaching, specifically the WLCW group helped her lose the weight. In her Instagram post, she said:
When motivation lacks, I look at how far I’ve come and I don’t ever want to go back to that girl in the white singlet.
In an interview with New Idea, Casey's personal trainer, Ben Physick gave some more details of the singer's process and how she was able to take control of her health.
He explained that while on "I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!', Casey already lost 17 pounds due to the fact that contestants mainly fed on vegetables and not a lot of unhealthy foods.
After the show ended, she lost more weight by following Ben's fitness plan, Weight Loss Coaching Works.
He then shared the three things that helped her achieve her goals.
- Casey loved morning steps and this went a long way to help her get the results she needed. She did not join a gym, she just made sure to move her body often and eat well.
- Ben said he told Casey to focus on counting carbs instead of calories. A special formula was designed for this purpose.
- The fitness trainer said the most important thing for Casey and any other person who wants to lose weight is to have "100 percent commitment."
It's really great to see Casey looking healthier and happier. And there is a lot to learn from how far she has come.
