Date March 29, 2018

Our lifestyle always has an affect on our health! Type 2 diabetes, the most common among elderly people, does not care if you are a celebrity or not. You are at risk of getting this annoying disease if you are overweight, follow an unhealthy diet and have no physical activity.

The famous American actor Tom Hanks was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in 2013 - although he admitted to his nutrition mistakes, it happened too late!

I was heavy. You've seen me in movies, you know what I looked like. I was a total idiot.

The actor confessed, he was “an idiot” for not taking care of his health in his younger years. We do not always do it, and have regrets when mistakes have been made!

We've seen Hanks’ movies! He is an incredible actor, but his weight changes from Castaway to Philadelphia. One of the symptoms of diabetes is extreme thirst and hunger and it makes people overeat, which results in more weight gain. It sounds like a vicious circle.

I'm part of the lazy American generation that has blindly kept dancing through the party and now finds ourselves with a malady.

Other symptoms of this disease are extreme fatigue, frequent urination, weight loss, blurred vision, darken skin spots, sores that heal slowly and frequent infections.

Tom Hanks is still working on his medical issue! Recognizing a problem is the first step to success! Usually, people are diagnosed with diabetes when it is too late to do something about it. In order to prevent the disease from developing, make sure to stick to healthy eating, physical activity and consume fewer sugary products!
