Going with natural home-made cosmetics can really come in handy. You also protect yourself from unnecessary chemicals, and your skin is saying “thank you” for such treatment.

The recipe you may enjoy is coconut oil plus baking soda – that is it! No more ingredients. It is so simple and quick, that you can easily try it, just mix these two together and make a nice thick paste of it.

You may leave it on your face for 5 minutes, and then cleanse your face, scrubbing it gently in circular motions. You will see the result after using it few times.

This recipe is good for dry skin, acne, and redness. This cleanser removes the dead cells, fat and dirt from the pores, and fix the blood flow.

The baking soda itself is good for neutralizing imbalances in pH, which leads to skin problems such as pimples and acne.

Coconut oil is a natural medicine against dryness and sensitive skin, it is a good moisturizer and possesses antibacterial properties.

Beside face, you can use the cleanser for the whole body. If you have dry or darkened elbows or knees, this homemade paste can help you cope with affected skin and make it smooth and moisturized.

Now it is obvious why this tandem is so beneficial for face skin. And it is affordable to everyone.
