7 Habits You Have That You Never Knew Are Caused By Anxiety
A lot of people struggle with anxiety without even knowing it, as a result, they are unlikely to get the treatment they need. While this is by no means an exhaustive list of signs of anxiety, they are basic guides to let you know if you should seek help.

1. Inability to sleep
Anxiety disorders can disrupt your sleep patterns. You find yourself constantly exhausted and overwhelmed which can affect your quality of sleep. On the other hand, you may even find yourself sleeping way too much.

2. Extreme paranoia
If you find yourself constantly worrying about something bad happening, so much so that you barely feel happy or hopeful, then you may have anxiety. Obsessing over the thousands of things that can go wrong at any point in time is not a sign of good emotional health.

3. Over-analyze every conversation
A person who suffers from anxiety tends to over-analyze conversations, both theirs and someone else's. They obsess too much about saying the right thing which can put a lot of pressure on them. They also sometimes pick apart other people's words too.
4. They worry too much about other's opinion
While most emotionally and mentally strong people understand the process of listening to advice/input from others but making their own decisions at the end of the day, those who suffer from anxiety struggle with this. They take every opinion - whether good or bad - to heart and they often live by other people's expectations.

5. They are too self-conscious
When a person finds it difficult to express themselves even during one-on-one conversations, then this may be a sign of anxiety. Anxious people overthink everything and they always feel like all eyes are on them. This causes them to choose their words very carefully and because this can be exhausting, they sometimes find it difficult to speak at all.
6. They compare themselves to others
Because other people's opinions matter so much to them, anxious people tend to measure their own achievement by those of others. They always feel like they are coming short which can make it even harder for them to be hopeful.

7. They are too afraid of the future
Change is the only constant in life, and some of us have come to accept the fact that things will not remain the same forever. But it's this uncertainty that people with anxiety often struggle with. The idea of the future and what may or may not come with it cause them paralyzing fear.
If you think you may be suffering from anxiety, be sure to ask for help. And if you know someone who is, show them compassion and encourage them to see a professional.
