Dog Hates Getting His Nails Clipped. Genius Dad Cut Holes In A Purse To Create Awesome Hack
If you have a dog that hates to get its nails cut then you know that this grooming process can be very challenging.
While some dogs fuss and whine through the whole thing, others literally try to make a break for it when those clippers come close.
But at the end of the day, you know this is something you just have to do for your beloved canine to keep them clean and prevent infection.
So what do you do? Come up with a genius idea, of course. But if you're drawing a blank, you may want to adopt this man's impressive trick that is now going viral on social media.
Oliver the dog is very sweet and lovable. He is basically the perfect pet, except when it comes to getting his nails cut.
18-year-old Kendal Peifer, Oliver's owner, said that the dog would not stay still anytime they wanted to clip his nails.
So, like any dad would, Patrick Peifer decided to do something to make the situation better. He came up with an amazing idea for a doggie harness. This will help keep Oliver in place to prevent injury during grooming.
What was even more amazing was the tool Patrick used to create this hack - a purse.
The father purchased a black leather bag from a store, cut four holes in it, placed Oliver in there and hung him up on some type of gym equipment.
A proud Kendal shared the picture of this fantastic invention on her Twitter page. In an interview with Buzzfeed, she said:
A lot of people are saying how genius the idea was. I didn't think it would get so popular. It worked surprisingly well!
Her tweet has now received over 334,000 likes and more than 84,000 retweets. People just cannot believe how amazing her dad's idea is.
We completely agree. This is one hack that will come in handy for dog owners everywhere.
