Inspiration

For many years, Toddlers & Tiaras caused quite the controversy. While some appreciated the cuteness and the overall girliness of the pageants, others worried that dressing girls provocatively or like adults is completely inappropriate.

Despite this, the show got quite the following and there are a few stars that we came to love.

In seven seasons, fans got to see parents invest time, effort and money to ensure their daughters won various children's pageants.

However, some of the kids have changed a lot since the first season of the show. Check them out below.

Her real name is Alana Thompson but her 'Honey Boo Boo' moniker and her antics made her one of the biggest stars to come out of the franchise. She even had her own reality show, 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' which lasted four seasons.

She now features on her mother's show 'From Not To Hot' which is based on Mama June's dramatic weight loss and the family.
