Twin Sisters Who Gave Birth On The Same Day Recreate Their Maternity Shoot One Year Later
There's something sweet and special about recreating memorable moments in our lives. Two sisters who wanted to relieve a joyful moment they experienced a year ago have been capturing hearts on the internet.
In 2016, Corey Strive Talbott and Katie Struve Morgan were expecting to have their babies 10 days apart. However, they ended up giving birth on the same day, 15 minutes apart.
Before having their babies, Corey and Katie posed for beautiful maternity photos to commemorate the experience of being pregnant at the same time. The ladies wore beautiful blue dresses and rocked their respective baby bumps for the pictures.
One year later, they wore the same dresses to recreate those maternity photos but, this time around, there were carrying their cute one-year-olds.
Photographer, Brenden Boggs of Socute_Photo, who captured these moments, said it was a great experience taking these pictures of the twins. "I thought it was so sweet that two sisters got to experience such a special time together," she said.
The sisters' children, Indian and Ryatt also looked really cute in the arms of their mothers as they celebrated their first birthday. Corey said she and her sisters had a fun time. "we were cracking up at how loose the dresses were," she told POPSUGAR.
It turned out that the Indian and Ryatt have their own Instagram page where their parents shared the most charming photos of the girls.
The account, @indiemae_and_ryattrae already has over 39,000 followers and is filled with several pictures of the 'twin cousins'.
In a lot of them, the girls were sporting similar outfits, giving us more reasons to fall in love with them.
We can certainly see why these mothers felt the need to do something special to celebrate how far they have come. A lot can happen in a year.
Since the maternity pictures were taken, the sisters had their babies and now those kids are happy and thriving. It sure called for celebration.
