"Alive And Healthy" Sylvester Stallone Denies Rumors About His Death And Reveals What Keeps Him Going So Well

Despite ridiculous rumors about Stallone’s demise, the actor is “alive and well, and happy and healthy”! This is good to hear, looking at his social media accounts it becomes obvious that he is really living a happy life!

It was not the first time the hoax about Stallone’s death has appeared in the net. Mr. Stallone reacts on it with humor and does not take it close to heart.

The famous Rocky and Rambo star turned 71, but he is in an amazing shape. He said in one of his interviews that he treats his body like a car and gives it the best fuel.


Proved by time dietary regime and workout routine serves the Rambo star very well for years. He revealed that he is trying to avoid fast food and red meat; mostly his meals consist of a good balance of vitamins and minerals with high nutrient value.


Once he ate a hot dog after a long time of clean healthy eating and he experienced painful cramps in the stomach! Our body always adjusts to what we fuel it with, that is why it reacted to a hostile food.


Stallone confessed that he used to work out hard in order to get in a lean shape for his movies. He had to get in character, so proper physical shape was paramount for him.


However, high-intensity training was good to achieve short time goals, but in a long run a crazy workout regime could wear him out.

Split training

Sly Stallone has been always using splits training. That is what you can do with your workout routine. Each day may be dedicated to certain muscle groups. For instance, Monday for arms, Tuesday for chest, Wednesday for legs, Thursday for abs, Friday for back!

It is important to get rest!

If you train hard, rest hard too. There may be a misperception of the amount of physical training you need – your body should have time to rehabilitate and relax after sports activity. This way you will achieve even more results.

Eat well

Starving yourself is a bad idea; your body uses inner recourses for sports, so it is necessary to pick up the slack. Make sure, your food is a good balance of protein, carbs, and healthy fats.
